Another price cut ad scan hits the web

The last few weeks have brought us a lot of ads that show new prices for all the three SKUs of the 360 (U$199 for the arcade, U$299 for the 60gb Pro and U$399 for the Elite). Now there is a new ad (pictured left) from Kmart that also shows those prices. This is just more evidence to show that the price cut will happen.Now, what will the U$199 Arcade mean to the Wii? Are the people that are looking for a Wii right now willing to trade the casual appeal of the system for a cheaper 360? I believe that if Microsoft uses that price and new games like Banjo Kazzoie to advertise heavily to that market, they might get a lot of new customers. To jump from that to stating that it might hurt the Wiis sales is a bit too much in my book. Also, it's important to note that this ad does not say anything about a motion controller bundled with the consoles, so, for now, none of the ads we've seen support the motion controller rumors. Maybe next year we'll be wiggling it for achievements?
